Since 2024, Semaphore has worked directly with Assemble and alongside Armitage Jones, Fieldwork, Hacer, Hayball, Hickory, JCB, Kapital Group, KTA, Mala, Oculus and others to deliver user-centred wayfinding strategies and considered design outcomes for Assemble’s portfolio of build-to-rent, build-to-buy and affordable housing developments.
We have also re-developed and implemented the Assemble Wayfinding Kit of Parts – expanding the system, ensuring compliance with Australian Standards, and providing clear direction for complex, multi-building developments such as Swift Walk (Macaulay Road), Kensington, Fitzroy Gasworks, Fitzroy, Victoria Street, Brunswick, Sydney Road, Coburg and Whitehall Street, Footscray.
