Tennis Australia HQ

Workplace

At ‘Tennis HQ’, Tennis Australia and Melbourne and Olympic Parks’ new headquarters, we created a customised and highly flexible wayfinding system. In alignment with the overarching design principles of the building, the signage design needed to be flexible to suit the different modes of operation throughout the year.

The project included building identification, external precinct signage, internal directional and identification signage and statutory signage.

Each sign in the family has a magnetic face to accommodate temporary signage overlays for use during the Australian Open. Each room sign is also capable of holding paper inserts for temporary notices that are invisible when not in use. These features make the entire wayfinding system interchangeable and entirely operable by the building’s users.
